Our Story

After owning and operating a thriving trucking company for several years, we realized that there is a big problem with how shippers and carriers are treated behind the scenes in the trucking industry. We found that many third-party logistics companies were not familiar with driving hour restrictions, hazmat requirements, or even needs of their own shipping customers. 

Many of these 3PL companies and their representatives tend to treat their customers like gold, but their carriers as less than human. The problem is that the trustworthy and responsible carriers will shy away from working with this large brokers based on past dealings, which in turn puts the shipping customer experience and cargo at risk. 

We realized that we can offer a better service experience than our competitors after our own less-than-satisfactory interactions with the average freight broker who has no prior experience in the trucking industry - we understand all the ins and outs of trucking since we're there firsthand.

Our biggest resource is our constant and reliable network of carriers that return to us for shipments because they are treated fairly and are provided full transparency. We are patient and our system is designed to get your shipment completed. Our priority is you - we want to build long-term, premium customer relationships.

Many 3PLs switch to an after-hours line for support from 5pm until 8am - we always have a broker on staff, at any hour of any day, who has discretion to make informed decisions on behalf of any shipment. This makes the difference for the customer, and of course for the carrier as well. 

We don't have a secret for treating carriers well, it's simply a list of best practices which makes us stand out, allowing us the ability to always get a truck when needed. 

We have a unique, tested and proven process that we follow from start to finish for a smooth shipping experience: from first meeting a customer, proposal and evaluation process, customer onboarding, finding and dispatching a truck, all the way through paperwork closeout. We understand the value of process-driven effectiveness and efficiency.
